My Steam Crave Aromamizer Plus RDTA has arrived. Unfortunately I'm unable to remove the bottom section under the airflow. It's just too tight.
Don't want to send it back, really want to get this open.
Hope someone can help.

If you can remove the top fill cap, put a pair of needle nose pliers in the kidney shaped holes.
This will give good leverage, use a rubber glove to hold the base & twist it off, I use this method to remove my glass for cleaning.

Long nosed pliers worked, thanks Steamer.
1st run didn't go well, a lot of leaking through the air holes:)
I filled it with the juice flow shut off, Think I'll need to take more care reassembling it, probably my error.

Glad you got it apart πŸ˜‰
Make sure all the O Rings are in place, most leaking issues are wick related!  Make sure you wicks are covering the juice feeder holes, don't pack it in there too tight but make sure the juice holes are fully covered πŸ˜‰

If your O Rings are all good & your wicking is right, it shouldn't leak, Mine don't  πŸ˜‰
